The NRH 5904-75-3 is a professional integrated locking plate, built to provide high security and tamper-proof performance for industrial and commercial equipment enclosures. As an all-in-one built-in locking component rather than a simple external accessory, it is made of durable zinc alloy with chrome plated surface finish and weighs 104g. Featuring an integrated lock cylinder and pivoting latch structure, it avoids the safety weaknesses of traditional padlock and hasp combinations. It also supports one key master system, greatly simplifying key management for multiple cabinets and devices.

Primary Application

This integrated locking plate is ideal for scenarios requiring access control, anti-theft protection and unauthorized operation prevention.
  • Tool Storage & Workshops: Perfect for tool chests and tool trolleys, effectively preventing tool loss and realizing standardized key management.
  • Industrial & Server Cabinets: Widely used on server racks, network cabinets and outdoor distribution boxes to protect internal equipment from unauthorized access and tampering.
  • Logistics & Storage Facilities: Suitable for shipping containers, cargo crates and storage cages, offering higher shear resistance and safety than ordinary padlocks.
  • Asset & Public Facility Management: Applied on shared equipment boxes, rental lockers and company storage units for safe and orderly asset management.
Application Overview: It acts as a built-in high-strength anti-theft locking part, perfectly matching various industrial enclosures and storage equipment.

Working Principle

The lock adopts stable mechanical linkage structure to complete locking and unlocking operation:
  1. Installation
    • The main lock body with integrated cylinder is fixed on cabinet frame by rear mounting screws.
    • Matching locking bolt is installed on the corresponding door panel.
  2. Locking Process
    • Close the door and let the locking bolt enter the lock body groove.
    • Press the top pivoting latch down to clamp the locking bolt and complete preliminary closing.
    • Insert and turn the key, the internal bolt extends to lock the pivoting latch firmly, preventing prying and opening.
  3. Unlocking Process
    • Turn the key reversely to retract the internal locking bolt.
    • Lift the pivoting latch to release the bolt, then open the door smoothly.
Operation Feature: The integrated cylinder directly locks the load-bearing latch. One-piece structure provides much better anti-pry and anti-theft performance than separate hasp and padlock solutions.

Core Features & Advantages

  • Tamper-Proof Integrated Structure: Rear screw installation avoids being pried or cut from outside; integrated lock cylinder leaves no exposed vulnerable shackle position.
  • One Key Master System: Supports unified key management, one master key can open multiple locks, saving trouble of carrying and managing large number of keys.
  • Zinc Alloy Heavy-Duty Build: Die-cast zinc alloy main body ensures solid structure; chrome plated finish delivers excellent rust and corrosion resistance for long-term industrial use.
  • High Security Lock Cylinder: Premium pin tumbler design improves anti-pick ability, with strict control over key duplication.
  • Precision Mounting Size: Standard dimension drawing provides accurate hole spacing and installation position; correct alignment ensures smooth operation and stable locking performance.
