Primary Application
This flush recessed cam latch is suitable for enclosures with strict requirements on appearance, safety and service durability:
Precision Instrument & Flight Cases: Perfect for camera equipment, testing instruments and precision device cases. The flush design avoids collision and snagging, while strong locking force protects internal valuable items.
High-End Toolboxes & Equipment Cases: Widely used for professional tool carts, stage lighting and audio equipment cases, featuring smooth surface for neat appearance and safe stacking during transportation.
Server & Industrial Control Cabinets: Applied on network server cabinets, outdoor communication enclosures and industrial control boxes, maintaining flush and professional look while preventing accidental opening.
Special Vehicle Compartments: Ideal for equipment storage doors of engineering vehicles, emergency vehicles and service vehicles, realizing reliable locking without protruding hardware.
Application Overview: A perfect hardware choice for medium to heavy-duty cases and cabinets needing flush surface, stable locking and frequent access.
Working Principle
This cam latch adopts rotary linkage structure; rotating the handle drives internal bolt to extend and retract for locking and unlocking.
Locking Process
Rotate the handle 90° from horizontal unlocked state to vertical locked position.
Internal eccentric cam drives the bolt to extend horizontally.
The bolt fastens with the strike plate, tightly locking the door and cabinet together.
Unlocking Process
Rotate the handle 90° back to the original horizontal position.
Cam mechanism resets, bolt retracts into the latch body and separates from the strike plate.
The door can be opened freely.
The bolt moves horizontally inward and outward, providing steady and powerful locking tension.
Core Features & Advantages
Fully Flush Recessed Design: After installation, no parts protrude from the panel. It delivers premium appearance, prevents impact damage and snagging during stacking and handling, greatly improving overall safety.
High Strength & Heavy Load Performance: Rated tensile load up to 294N ensures tight closing even under bumpy transport and compression conditions. Iron material with chrome plated finish guarantees structural strength, wear resistance and anti-rust performance.
Stable Structure & Precise Mounting: Square outline with four-point mounting design improves torsion resistance and installation stability. Standard dimension parameters support accurate matching for most industrial enclosures.
