How It Works (Operating Principle):​

This latch functions as a precision-adjustable clamping mechanism. The base plate mounts on one surface, while the lever assembly, equipped with a hook and a fine-tuning screw, engages a strike plate on the opposing surface. To adjust, simply turn the screw to extend or retract the hook, setting the exact clamping distance between 70mm and 81.5mm. This compensates for manufacturing tolerances, panel warpage, or gasket compression. To secure, push the lever down—the spring-assisted, over-center action pulls the two objects tightly together, ensuring a vibration-resistant seal.
