How It Works: The Stay-Open Advantage

This latch features an intuitive two-stage operation for maximum efficiency.

To Lock & Hold Open: Open the door and fully pull the blue handle. The plunger will retract and audibly click into the detent groove, locking the latch in the open position. The door remains securely open, freeing both hands.
To Close & Auto-Lock: When finished, a light push on the door or handle releases the plunger from the detent. The internal spring instantly drives the plunger forward, automatically engaging the strike plate and locking the door.
